SET (premir brevemente)

Com esta tecla de funções seleccionam-se os dados intro-

duzidos.

Os dados predefinidos são aceites.

Reset (premir SET prolongadamente)

A indicação actual é apagada para uma reinicialização.

Menos – / mais +

Com estas teclas de funções são modificados, antes do

treino, os vários valores introduzidos.

• Premir prolongadamente >

percorrer os valores rapidamente

• Premir “Mais” e “Menos” simultaneamente:

a introdução de valores salta para Desligado (OFF)

RECOVERY

Com a tecla de funções é iniciada a função de pulsação

de recuperação.

Medição da pulsação

A medição da pulsação pode ser efectuada através de 3

fontes:

1. Clipe para a orelha –

A cavilha é introduzida no encaixe.

2. Pulsação para as mãos

A ligação encontra-se na parte de trás do display;

3. Cinto torácico (acessórios)
