STOP
La visualización intermitente del campo STOP significa:
el modo de conteo del ordenador ha sido detenido
accionando la tecla START/STOP.
RPM /SPEED Velocidad
En esta pantalla se indica en intervalos de alternancia
(cada 6 segundos) la frecuencia de pedaleo como
RPM (Round per minute = vueltas por minuto) y SPEED
(velocidad en km/h. Margen de indicación: de mín.
0,0 a máx. 99,9 km/h
Programas de entrenamiento
Los distintos programas de entrenamiento se seleccio-
nan pulsando la tecla RESET y seleccionando con las
teclas “+” o “–” y se confirman con MODE. Las dife-
rencias entre los programas se definen como sigue:
MANUAL Entrenamiento manual
Este ajuste se selecciona para una secuencia de entre-
namiento sencilla. El perfil de carga se mantiene lineal
y se puede subir o bajar durante el entrenamiento con
las teclas “+” y “–”, respectivamente. Durante este pro-
ceso se indica primero el nivel de carga ajustado (L01
a L32) y, al cabo de 2 segundos sin realizar entradas,
el diagrama de barras ajustado.
PROGRAM Programas preajustados para el
entrenamiento
Aquí se ofrecen 12 programas de entrenamiento ajus-
tados de forma fija. Mediante el perfil de carga puede
ver qué grados de dificultad contiene cada ajuste.
USER Programa de entrenamiento por ajustes
del usuario (User=usuario)
Esta selección de programa permite el ajuste individual
del perfil de carga. Se tiene que seleccionar al menos
un valor de preselección > [TIME, DISTANCE, CALO-
RIES o PULSE].
H.R.C. Entrenamiento en función de una fre-
cuencia cardíaca objetivo (THR)
En este ajuste de programa, la carga se regula en fun-
ción de la frecuencia cardíaca preajustada. Para ello
es necesario que se registre el pulso durante el entre-
namiento. Ver > Posibilidades de registro del pulso
