Funktionsområde

Der følger en kort forklaring af de 5 taster.

MODE (tryk kort) før du begynder at træne

• Skift til næste indstillingsområde.

Indstillingerne eller værdierne overtages.

MODE (tryk kort) mens du er i gang med træningen

• Tænd/sluk for automatisk displayskift

• Skift til næste indstilling.

MODE (hold knappen nede) RESET

• Slet displayet, og start igen.

MODE og RESET samtidigt

• Skift mellem visning af kjoule og kcal, sletter de viste

data.

Minus – / plus +

Med disse funktionstaster ændres dataene i de forskellige

funktioner, før du begynder at træne

• hold knappen nede > værdierne vises hurtigt efter hin-

anden

RESET (tryk kort) før du begynder at træne

• Slet de viste data

RESET (hold knappen nede)

• Slet displayet, og start igen.

RECOVERY (restitutionspuls med fitnesskarakter)

Med denne funktionsknap startes restitutionspulsfunktionen

og der gives en fitnesskarakter.

Pulsmåling

Pulsmålingen kan foretages på 3 måder:

1. Øreclips (ekstraudstyr)

2. Håndpulssensorer

3. Brystbælte med pulsmodtager (ekstraudstyr)
