Po zakończeniu wprowadzania danych zaczynacie Państwo
trening.
Podczas treningu na wyświetlaczu zmienia się wskazanie
różnych funkcji co 6 sekund. Jeżeli w trakcie tego wskazy-
wania naciśnięty zostanie przycisk MODE, to wybrana funkcja
pozostanie zachowana w dużych liczbach. Na małym wyświet-
laczu miga nazwa funkcji, na przykład PULSE.
Ponowne naciśnięcie przycisku MODE spowoduje wprowadzenie
trybu SCAN > zmiana wskazań co 6 sekund.
RECOVERY
Za pomocą przycisku RECOVERY
osiąga się pomiar pulsu adapt-
acyjnego pod koniec treningu. Na
podstawie pulsu początkowego i pulsu końcowego jednej
minuty zostaje wyznaczona odchyłka i ocena fitness. Przy takim
samym treningu nota ta jest miarą wzrostu fitness.
Po osiągnięciu wartości docelowej kończycie Państwo trening,
naciskacie przycisk RECOVERY, a następnie pozostawiacie
dłonie położone na czujnikach pulsu ręcznego. Przy poprzednim
pomiarze pulsu pojawia się na wyświetlaczu 00:60 dla czasu,
a na wyświetlaczu PULSE miga aktualna wartość pulsu. Czas
zaczyna być zliczany od 00:60 w dół. Proszę pozostawić
dłonie na czujnikach pulsu ręcznego do momentu aż czas
zostanie zliczony do >0<. Po prawej na wyświetlaczu zostaje
wskazana jakaś wartość pomiędzy F1 i F6. F1 jest statusem
najlepszym, a F6 statusem najgorszym. Ponowne naciśnięcie przy-
cisku RECOVERY kończy tę funkcję.

5. Rejestracja tętna
Prawidłowy puls treningowy [strefa aerobowa]
Puls treningowy jest zależny od wieku ćwiczącego. Dla każdej
grupy wiekowej istnieje „prawidłowy”, tzw. aerobowy zakres
tętna treningowego (ogólna zasada określa jego wartość na
poziomie: 180 minus wiek). Zakres ten jest ograniczony przez
górną i dolną granicę tętna (+/- 10 uderzeń). Puls treningowy
powinien mieścić się zawsze w obrębie strefy aerobowej. Nie
należy przekraczać maksymalnej częstotliwości uderzeń serca
(200 minus wiek). Osoby zdrowe mogą dobrać dla siebie
odpowiednie wartości pulsu wg poniższego diagramu.
