VERMELDING OVER WATERBESTENDIG MODEL
Waterbestendigheid en onderhoud
Dit product is in-house getest en gecontroleerd op IP67
stofbestendige/waterbestendige prestaties. De
stofbestendigheid/waterbestendigheid is echter niet
gegarandeerd voor alle situaties bij werkelijk gebruik.
IP67: De IP-norm is het beschermingsniveau dat is
gespecificeerd door de internationale norm IEC 60529. Het eerste
cijfer duidt op het “stofbestendigheidsniveau” en het tweede cijfer
op het “waterbestendigheids” niveau.
VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN
●
De toepasselijke normen hierboven garanderen niet dat de
zendontvanger kan worden gebruikt in water. De zendontvanger kan
worden beschadigd als deze zich dieper bevindt dan 1 meter of als de
maximale onderwatertijd langer duurt dan 2 uur.
●
Houd de volgende voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht om de
waterbestendigheid van de zendontvanger te behouden:
a) Laat de zendontvanger niet vallen en stel deze niet bloot aan
schokken of trillingen.
b) Demonteer de transceiver niet en probeer er geen veranderingen in
te maken. (Een juiste werking wordt niet gegarandeerd indien
veranderd of gedemonteerd.)
c) Dompel de zendontvanger niet onder in water dat oplosmiddelen of
capillair-actieve stoffen bevat, zoals afwasmiddel of alcohol.
●
Als de zendontvanger in modderig of zout water (inclusief zeewater)
terechtkomt, kan het apparaat gaan roesten. In dat geval direct
afspoelen met zoet water en droogwrijven met een zachte doek.
●
Als water op de microfoon, de batterij of de antenne-aansluiting spat,
dient u deze met een zachte doek te drogen voordat u de
zendontvanger opnieuw aansluit.
●
Water dat de microfoon of het rooster van de luidspreker binnendringt,
kan leiden tot verlaging of vervorming van het stemniveau. Schud de
zendontvanger licht om het water uit de luidspreker en/of microfoon te
verwijderen voordat u het apparaat bedient.
●
Gebruik van opties op de zendontvanger die niet door KENWOOD zijn
gespecificeerd kan de waterbestendigheid en stofdichtheid
verminderen of zelfs tenietdoen.
