SKY COMMAND II
(ALLEEN MODELLEN VOOR DE K-MARKT)
Met Sky Command II kunt u de TS-480HX/SAT transceiver
besturen vanaf een andere locatie.
Als u meer dan 2 TH-D7A en/of TM-D700A transceivers hebt,
kunt u Sky Command II gebruiken om de HF/50 MHz-band
van uw TS-480 transceiver op afstand te bedienen.
U gebruikt daarbij één transceiver (TH-D7A of TM-D700A) als
een apparaat voor bediening op afstand, de “Commander”
genaamd. De andere VHF/UHF transceiver (TH-D7A of
TM-D700A) met de TS-480 transceiver wordt de “Transporter”
genoemd. Deze TH-D7A of TM-D700A werkt als interface
tussen de Commander (een apparaat voor bediening op
afstand) en de HF/50 MHz-band van de TS-480 transceiver.
Met dit systeem bent u, bijvoorbeeld, in staat DX te zoeken
terwijl u uw auto wast, of de HF-transceiver te bedienen terwijl
u in uw auto, woonkamer of terras wacht in plaats van op uw
normale zendlocatie te werken.

VOORBEREIDINGEN
Alhoewel u een TM-D700A of TH-D7A transceiver als een
“Commander” (een apparaat voor bediening op afstand) kunt
gebruiken, laat de volgende procedure zien hoe u uw TS-480
en TH-D7A of TM-D700A kunt instellen als een “Transporter”
in een basisstation, en de TM-D700A als een “Commander”.
Gebruik van Sky Command II beginnen:
Nadat u de volgende instellingen hebt gemaakt, kunt u Sky
Command II beginnen te gebruiken. Zonder deze parameters
eerst te hebben ingesteld, kunt u Sky Command II niet
gebruiken.
TS-480 + TH-D7A/TM-D700A (Transporter) instellen:
1 Configureer de TH-D7A of TM-D700A als een
“Transporter” en sluit alle noodzakelijke kabels aan op de
TS-480 transceiver.
2 Kies de frequentie (HF/50 MHz-band) op de TS-480
transceiver.
3 Op de TS-480, druk op [MENU/ F.LOCK] en draai daarna
de MULTI-regelaar om Menunummer 56 te openen en de
gewenste communicatiesnelheid te kiezen.
4 Kies dezelfde communicatieparameters als op de TH-D7A
of TM-D700A transceiver.
5 Druk op [MENU/ F.LOCK] om de instelling te voltooien.
6 Configureer de Transporter-functie op de TH-D7A of
TM-D700A en schakel deze in.
Op de TM-D700A (Commander):
1 Kies dezelfde VHF- en UHF-frequenties die u op de
Transporter hebt gekozen.
2 Open Menunummer 4–4 en kies COMMANDER.
• “PRESS [0] KEY TO START COMMANDER!!” wordt
afgebeeld.
3 Druk op [0] op de DTMF-microfoon van de TM-D700A om
te beginnen met het gebruik van Sky Command II.
BEDIENING
Nadat u zowel de Transporter als de TM-D700A
(Commander) hebt ingesteld voor gebruik als Sky Command
II, drukt u op [0] op de midrofono op de Commander. In de
Sky Command II-functie werken de microfoontoetsen van de
Commander zoals hieronder beschreven.
Iedere keer als u op een toets drukt, zal de Commander
automatisch de zendfunctie instellen en het overeenkomstige
besturingscommando naar de Transporter zenden.
