1 Doe de melk en de yoghurt in de
beker. Voeg vervolgens de banaan
en abrikozen toe. Goed schudden
vóór u de blender inschakelt.
2 Schakel 5 seconden naar ‘low’ (laag)
en vervolgens 25 seconden naar
'high' (hoog).

2 ijsblokjes
70 ml appelsap
60 g aardbeien, van het kroontje
ontdaan en gehalveerd
80 g kantaloep, van zaden ontdaan

5 ml dunne heldere honing
1 Doe de ijsblokjes en appelsap in de
beker. Voeg vervolgens de aardbeien

'high' (hoog). Controleer de zoetheid
en voeg zo nodig honing toe.

1 Doe het grapefruitsap, de perziken
en de papaja in de beker.
2 Draai de knop 15 seconden naar
‘high’ (hoog).
bessensmoothie
1 portie (250 ml)
100 ml cranberrysap
25 ml appelsap
75 g frambozen
40 g bramen
1 Doe de cranberrysap en appelsap in
de beker. Voeg vervolgens de
bessen toe.
2 Draai de knop 20 seconden naar
‘high’ (hoog).
