3 abricots secs, coupés en

1 Mettez le lait et le yaourt dans la
tasse. Puis ajoutez la banane et
l’abricot. Agitez bien avant de
mélanger.
2 Utilisez la vitesse ‘low’ (faible)
pendant cinq secondes, puis ‘high’
(élevée) pendant vingt-cinq
secondes.

75 g de framboises
40 g de mûres
1 Placez les mûres et le jus de pomme
