mrkvová polévka s koriandrem

ingredience

25 g (1 unce) másla

●

1 jemně nakrájená cibule

●

1 rozetřený stroužek česneku

●

750 g mrkve nakrájené na 1,5cm kostičky

(na řidší polévku stačí 600 g mrkve nakrájené na 1,5 kostičky)

●

studený kuřecí vývar

●

10-15 ml (2-3 čajové lžičky) drceného koriandru

●

sůl a pepř

postup 1 Na pánvi rozpusťte máslo a do změknutí osmažte cibuli s česnekem.

2 Do nádobky mixéru dejte mrkev a přidejte cibuli s česnekem. Do úrovně značky 1.5 přidejte

kuřecí vývar. Nádobku přikryjte víkem a víčkem plnicího hrdla.

3 Chcete-li zeleninu rozmlít pouze nahrubo, stiskněte na 5 vtřein pulzní spínač. Chcete-li

jemnější polévku, držte spínač déle.

4 Získanou směs přelijte do hrnce, přidejte koriandr a koření a vařte 30 až 35 minut.

5V případě potřeby dochuťte a přidejte tekutinu.
