metode 1 Læg bagepapir på en bageplade.
2 Pisk æggehviderne og sukkeret på maksimal hastighed i ca. 10
minutter, indtil de er stive.
3 Sæt marengsdejen på bagepladen med en ske (eller brug en
sprøjtepose med en 2,5cm stjernedyse).
4 Bages ved 110˚C i ca. 4 - 5 timer, indtil de er faste og sprøde. Hvis de
begynder at blive brune, skal ovndøren sættes lidt på klem.
De bagte marengs opbevares i en lufttæt kagedåse.

450g hvedemel, sigtet med salt
5ml salt
225g fedtstof (bland svinefedt med margarine lige fra køleskabet)
ca. 80ml vand

Rør ikke dejen for meget
metode 1 Kom melet i skålen. Det kolde fedtstof snittes groft og kommes i melet.
2 Rør på hastighed 1 indtil blandingen minder om brødkrummer. Stop før
blandingen bliver fedtet.
3 Tilsæt vandet og rør på minimal hastighed. Stop, så snart vandet er
iblandet.
4 Bages ved ca. 200˚C afhængig af fyldet.

metode 1 Skær kødet i ca. 2,5cm terninger.
2 Hvis De ikke har en kødhakker, kan De bruge blenderen og hakke små
mængder ad gangen. Hak kødet på hastighed 2 i 15 sekunder, men
ikke længere. Pladerne skal rengøres mellem det ene hold og det
næste.
3 Det hakkede kød kan krydres efter ønske f.eks. med hakket løg,
blandede krydderurter - enten friske eller tørrede, groft malede sorte
peberkorn eller skal og saft af en citron.
4 Del farsen i 2 dele og form dem til 2 bøffer. Steg dem på panden eller
grillen på mellem til høj varme, indtil de er helt gennemstegte.
