sopa de cenouras e coentro
ingredientes
25g de manteiga
1 cebola picada
1 dente de alho esmagado
750 g de cenouras cortadas em cubos de 1,5 cm
(alternativamente para uma sopa mais leve, use 600 g de cenouras cortadas em cubos de 1,5
cm)
caldo de galinha frio
10-15ml (2-3 colheres de chá) de coentro em pó
sal e pimenta
método 1 Derreta a manteiga numa caçarola, adicione a cebola e o alho e
frite-os até ficarem macios.
2 Coloque as cenouras no liquidificador e adicione a cebola e alho. Adicione caldo suficiente para
chegar ao nível de 1,5 marcado no copo. Coloque a tampa com o tampão de enchimento.
3Processe com o comando impulsor durante 5 segundos para obter uma sopa grossa ou mais
tempo para uma sopa mais cremosa.
4Transfira a mistura para uma caçarola, adicione o coentro e temperos e deixe cozer a sopa em
lume muito brando por 30 a 35 minutos ou até estar cozida.
5Rectifique o tempero, conforme for necessário e adicione mais líquido, se desejar.
