ingrediënten

25 g boter

●

1 fijngesneden ui

●

1 teentje verbrijzelde knoflook

●

750 g wortelen in blokjes van 1,5 cm gesneden

(u kunt ook voor een lichter soep 600 g wortelen gebruiken, die in blokjes van 1,5 cm

gesneden zijn)

●

koude kippenbouillon

●

10-15 ml gemalen koriander

●

zout en peper

methode 1 Smelt de boter in een pan, voeg de ui en knoflook toe en bak

totdat ze zacht zijn.

2 Stop de wortels in de blender en voeg de ui en knoflook toe. Voeg voldoende bouillon toe om

het maatstreepje 1,5 op de mengbeker te bereiken. Zet het deksel en de vuldop op de beker

samen.

3 Mix 5 seconden met pulsknop voor een grove soep of langer voor een fijner resultaat.

4Breng het mengsel over naar een pan, voeg de koriander en kruiden toe en laat de soep

gedurende 30 tot 35 minuten sudderen of totdat de soep gaar is.

5Voeg naar wens meer kruiden en extra vloeistof toe.
