25. Risoluzione dei problemi
In caso di malfunzionamenti, verificare i seguenti punti:
Nessun suono
Inserire correttamente la spina di rete.
Impostare il volume al livello corretto.
Verificare sempre che sia selezionata la fonte desiderata.
Il sistema non risponde alla pressione di un tasto
Scollegare e ricollegare l’alimentatore di rete.
Problemi di ricezione radio
Riorientare l'antenna.
Trovare una posizione più adatta.
Altri apparecchi elettrici interferiscono con la ricezione.
Posizione non adatta alla ricezione di segnali DAB+.
Non è possibile stabilire una connessione di rete
Controllare la funzione WLAN, assicurarsi che la password sia corretta.
Provare a impostare un indirizzo IP sul dispositivo.
Attivare la funzione DHCP sul router e ristabilire la connessione sull'apparecchio.
Nella rete è attivato un firewall - impostarlo per consentire l'accesso.
Posizionare la radio più vicino al router o all'AP.
Riavviare il router o l'AP.
26. Cura e manutenzione
Pulizia dell'alloggiamento: Utilizzare un panno leggermente inumidito con un detergente delicato.
Non utilizzare detergenti contenenti alcool, ammoniaca o abrasivi.
Precauzioni per evitare la formazione di condensa
La condensa (rugiada) può formarsi all'interno dell'apparecchiatura se vi è una differenza significativa
tra la temperatura dell'apparecchiatura e la temperatura ambiente. Se all'interno dell'unità si forma
della condensa, non è possibile garantire il corretto funzionamento. In questo caso, l'unità deve esse-
re sottoposta a manutenzione per alcune ore; dopo che l'umidità si sia asciugata, l'unità può essere
riutilizzata.
Particolare attenzione deve essere prestata nelle seguenti circostanze
Se l'apparecchiatura viene spostata da un luogo ad un altro dove la temperatura è significativamente
più alta o più bassa, o se l'umidità nel luogo in cui l'apparecchiatura è installata aumenta, ecc.
