1 peperoncino verde, privato dei

4 pomodori non troppo maturi,
privati della buccia e dei semi
succo di 1 lime
sale e pepe
Versare il coriandolo nella vaschetta
e tritarlo fine. Versare in una
scodellina di portata. Tagliare la
cipolla e il peperoncino a pezzetti di
circa 1-2 cm, versare nella vaschetta
e lavorarli a impulsi, ad alta velocità,
fino a tritarli finemente. Aggiungere al
coriandolo. Per ultima cosa, tagliare
il pomodoro a pezzetti di circa 2 cm
e poi lavorarli grossolanamente ad
alta velocità. Aggiungere al
coriandolo, cipolla e peperoncino e
incorporare il succo di lime. Salare e
pepare.

4-5 cubetti di ghiaccio
8 fragole, private del picciolo e
dimezzate
10ml circa di zucchero semolato
Versare i cubetti di ghiaccio e le
fragole nella vaschetta e lavorarli a
impulsi, ad alta velocità, fino a tritare
grossolanamente il ghiaccio.
Aggiungere lo zucchero e continuare
a lavorare ad impulsi per
amalgamare il tutto. Versare in un
bicchiere e servire subito.
