15 ml citroensap
peper en zout
Bevestig het onderste mes aan de
kom.
Snij de ui, tomaat en chili in stukken
van ongeveer 1-2 cm; leg ze samen
met de knoflook en peterselie in de
kom en pulseer op snelheid 2 tot ze
fijngehakt zijn. Breng alles over in
een andere kom. Verwijder de schil
en de pit van de avocado en snij het
vruchtvlees in blokjes van 1-2 cm.
Leg hem in de kom met het
citroensap en pulseer op snelheid 2
tot u een redelijk fijne puree hebt
verkregen. Combineer de
avocadopuree met het
tomaatmengsel en breng alles op
smaak.

verwerk op snelheid 2 gedurende
ongeveer 30 seconden of tot een
gladde textuur is bereikt. Schraap de
kom zo nodig schoon. Gebruik een
kortere verwerkingsduur als een
grovere textuur gewenst is.
