Problem Cause Solution
No power to appliance /display
screen not coming on.

Leaking from the base of the bowl. Bowl drive or plug seal not fitted
correctly
Check bowl seal is in place and

LEVEL” during the steaming
programme.
Boil dry protection activated.
No water or run dry during
operation.
Add water to the 1 litre
mark
and restart.
