Programme Plats Mijotés

Utilisez ce réglage pour réaliser des ragoûts, mijoter des plats, des currys,
du risotto et des recettes de plats similaires.
Phases du programme
Phase 1 – recommandée pour attendrir les légumes et la viande avant la cuisson.
Phase 2-3 – pour monter les ingrédients à ébullition, jusqu'à ce qu'ils mijotent.
Phase 4 – lorsqu'il faut un temps de cuisson rallongé ou pour ajouter des ingrédients délicats
nécessitant un temps de cuisson plus court.
Réglage du programme
Appuyez sur la touche du programme et réglez chaque phase telle que requise. Une fois chaque phase
réglée, vous devez appuyer sur la touche une nouvelle fois ; autrement, tous les changements effectués
seront perdus.
Remarque : Lorsque la touche est appuyé, le robot émet un bip et la barre au-dessus de la touche concernée
s'allume.
Utilisez la spatule fournie pour racler les ingrédients vers le bas entre chaque phase du programme.
