Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
Geen stroom naar de machine /
het scherm gaat niet aan.
De stekker zit niet in het
stopcontact.
De machine is niet ingeschakeld.
Controleer of de stekker in het
stopcontact zit.
Zet de stroomschakelaar
bl
op

De machine functioneert niet. De kom is niet goed bevestigd.
Er is niet op start gedrukt.
De tijd is niet ingesteld.
Controleer of de kom goed op het
motorgedeelte is bevestigd.
Druk op Start om met koken te
beginnen.
Controleer de ingestelde tijd.
Er kleeft eten aan de bodem van
de kom of eten is aangebrand.
De schoep of het mes is niet
bevestigd wanneer groente zacht
wordt gemaakt.
De ingestelde temperatuur is te
hoog.
Gebruik altijd de schoep of het
mes.
Controleer of de juiste temperatuur
is ingesteld.
Het deksel lekt tijdens de
verwerking.
De afdichting is niet goed in het
deksel aangebracht.
Raadpleeg 'verzorging en reiniging'
voor informatie over het bevestigen
van de afdichting.
Op het display staat
Het deksel zit niet goed dicht. Controleer of de
vergrendelingslipjes van het deksel
goed in de handvatten zitten.
Op het display staat foutbericht
E01, E02, E04.
De machine functioneert niet goed. Schakel de machine uit, haal de
stekker uit het stopcontact en
wacht 30 seconden. Steek de
stekker weer in het stopcontact.
Als dit het probleem niet verhelpt,
raadpleegt u het deel
'klantenservice'.
Op het display staat
foutbericht E03.
De machine is uitgeschakeld of
overbelast.
Verminder het aantal ingrediënten
in de kom. Schakel de machine uit.
Laat de machine 15 minuten
afkoelen. Start de machine
opnieuw.
Tijdens het stoomprogramma
verschijnt H2O op het display.
De bescherming tegen droog
koken is geactiveerd.
Er is geen water of de machine is
droog gekookt.
Schakel de machine uit en weer
aan.
Voeg water toe tot aan
de markering voor 300 ml
