Massa para Pizza Programa 8
Ingredientes
Faz 2 bases Faz 1 base
de 30 cm cada de 30 cm
Água 250ml 140ml
Azeite 1 c.s. 1 c.s.
Farinha branca não 450g 225g
branqueada
Sal 1½ c.c. 1 c.c.
Açúcar 1 c.c. ½ c.c.
Fermento para pão de 1 c.c. ½ c.c.
mistura fácil
Para o recheio:
Pasta de tomates secos 8 c.s. 4 c.s.
ao sol
Orégãos secos 2 c.c. 1 c.c.
Queijo mozzarella fatiado 280g 140g
Tomates frescos pelados 84
cortados grosseiramente
Pimentos amarelos sem
sementes e cortados em
fatias finas
Pimentos verdes sem
sementes e cortados em
fatias finas
Cogumelos fatiados 100g 50g
Queijo Roquefort cortado 100g 50g
em pequenos pedaços
Presunto rasgado em 100g 50g
pedacinhos
Queijo Parmesão ralado 50g 25g
no momento
Folhas de basílico fresco 12 6
Sal e pimenta preta
moída no momento
Azeite 2 c.s. 1 c.s.
1 No fim do ciclo, retire a massa para cima de uma
superfície ligeiramente polvilhada com farinha. Amasse
suavemente a massa. Com o rolo da massa faça uma
base redonda de 30 cm e coloque-a numa forma
própria para pizza ou no tabuleiro do forno.
2 Pré-aqueça o forno a 220°C/Gás 7. Espalhe na base
da pizza a pasta de tomate secado ao sol. Polvilhe por
cima os orégãos e cubra com 2/3 do queijo mozzarella.
3 Espalhe os tomates, pimentos, cogumelos, queijo
Roquefort, presunto, o restante queijo mozzarella e o
queijo parmesão e as folhas de basílico. Tempere com
o sal e a pimento e salpique o azeite.
4 Coza durante 18 a 20 minutos, ou até estar dourada e
sirva imediatamente.
