1 På slutten av syklusen has deigen over på en lett melet
overflate. Slå deigen forsiktig sammen.
Kjevle ut til en 30 cm runding og ha den over i den
klargjorte formen eller på stekeplate.
2 Forvarm ovnen til 220 °C. Spre den soltørkede
tomatpuréen over pizzabunnen. Strø med oregano og
to tredjedeler av mozzarellaosten.
3 Strø på tomater, paprika, sjampinjong, dolcelatteost,
parmaskinke, resten av mozzarellaosten og
parmesanost og basilikum. Krydre med salt og pepper
og dynk med olivenolje.
4 Stekes i 18-20 minutter eller til den er gyllen, og
serveres straks.
