TABLEAU DETAILLE DES CYCLES POUR LE PAIN/LA PATE
Maintenant que vous savez exactement ce qu'il se passe à l'intérieur de votre machine à
pain durant le procédé, le tableau ci-dessous vous indique en minutes et en secondes le
temps requis pour chaque cycle. Ces durées sont approximatives et elles ne sont
données qu'à titre de guide. La durée totale du procédé est aussi indiquée en heures et
en minutes, suivant votre sélection.
* Le cycle du pain complet commence avec une période de repos, durant laquelle les farines ou les
grains absorbent les ingrédients liquides. Le trempage ramollit la farine ou le grain et cela aide les
ingrédients à mieux se mélanger entre eux. On n'utilise pas de lame durant cette période.
** L'alerte retentit pendant le pétrissage pour avertir qu'il est temps d'ajouter les ingrédients si la recette
recommande d'en ajouter.
*** La durée totale n'inclut pas la période "Garder au chaud".
