cenouras, batatas e cebolas: 16

cubos de 2cm de cada

caldo de bacon

100g de lentilhas vermelhas, lavadas

250ml de caldo vegetal

1 lata de 400g de tomate picado

sal e pimenta

200g de bacon cozido, cortado em

cubos de 1cm

1 Coloque as cenouras, batatas e

cebolas no misturador por esta

ordem.

2 Junte o caldo de bacon até à marca

de 1 litro.

3 Misture durante 10 segundos, no

máximo.

4 Deite numa panela. Depois junte as

lentilhas, tomate, caldo vegetal e

tempere.

5 Leve a ferver, mexendo sempre.

Depois ferva lentamente durante

cerca de 1 hora, mexendo

regularmente, até os ingredientes

estarem cozinhados.

6 Junte os cubos de bacon e deixe

cozinhar durante 5 a 10 minutos.

Sirva imediatamente.
