pastatilbehøret og de forskellige
skæringer vil skære pastaen ud og
danne forskellige pastavariationer .
4 Pasta kan stå op til 4 timer før det
tilberedes.

vand i kog. Tilfør salt efter smag.
2 Det er valgfrit at tilføre en smule

minutter alt efter smag.

Tilberedelse
Kom mel, salt, olie og piskede æg
(æggene bør piskes med tomatpuré
ved den pågældende opskrift) i
køkkenskålen.
Ingredienserne røres med K-spaden på
‘min’ hastighed i 10 sekunder og
derefter ved hastighed 1 i 15 sekunder.
Sluk og skrab blandingen af skål og
redskab. Fjern K-spaden og erstat den
med dejkrogen. Rør igen dejen på
hastighed 1 i cirka 2 minutter, eller indtil
dejen har samlet sig. Sluk og tag dejen
ud af skålen og fortsæt med at ælte i
hånden, indtil denne har en jævn
konsistens. For bedste resultat, tildæk
dejen og lad den hvile i cirka 15
minutter inden den rulles ud med
pastaanordningen. Montér det flade
tilbehør til udrulning af pastadejen, og
følg de foregående anvisninger.
