3 Indfør den udrullede pasta gennem

pastatilbehøret og de forskellige

skæringer vil skære pastaen ud og

danne forskellige pastavariationer ᕢ.

4 Pasta kan stå op til 4 timer før det

tilberedes.

Tilberedelse

Kom mel, salt, olie og piskede æg

(æggene bør piskes med tomatpuré

ved den pågældende opskrift) i

køkkenskålen.

Ælt dejen med dejkrogen på hastighed

1-2 i ca. 2-3 minutter, tilfør vand, hvis

dejen er for tør. Sluk for maskinen, saml

ingredienserne sammen, og ælt dejen i

hånden indtil du får en jævn dej. For at

opnå det bedste resultat skal du

dække dejen til og lade den hvile i ca.

15 minutter før den rulles ud med

pastatilbehøret.

Påfør fladpastatilbehøret og følg de

forudgående instruktioner.
