Einfache Plätzchen
150 g weiche Butter
150 g Zucker
2 kleine Eier, geschlagen
300 g Mehl, gesiebt
Rühren Sie die Butter mit dem
Zucker in der Schüssel mit dem K-
Rührer cremig, bis die Masse leicht
und schaumig ist. Rühren Sie das Ei
in die Masse und heben Sie dann
das gesiebte Mehl unter. Drücken
Sie den Teig durch den Aufsatz mit
der gewünschten Schablonenform
und schneiden Sie den Teig in
Stücke geeigneter Länge. Legen Sie
die Plätzchen auf ein gefettetes
Backblech und backen Sie sie in der
Mitte eines heißen Backofens bei
190°C, Gas Stufe 5, ca. 10 Minuten
bzw. bis sie gar sind. Lassen Sie die
fertigen Plätzchen auf einem
Kuchengitter abkühlen.
Schokoladen-Plätzchen
125 g weiche Butter
200 g Zucker
2 kleine Eier, geschlagen
250 g Mehl
}
gesiebt
25 g Kakaopulver
Befolgen Sie die Methode für
einfache Kekse.
Nach dem Abkühlen der Plätzchen
können sie zum Dekorieren in
geschmolzene Schokolade getaucht
oder mit Puderzucker bestäubt
werden.
