400 g fragole mature
200 ml panna densa
75 g zucchero raffinato
succo di limone (spremuto da mezzo
limone)
1 Fare un purè con le fragole.
2 Mescolare con il purè lo zucchero, la
panna ed il succo di limone.
3 Mettere la mistura in frigo a
raffreddare.
4 Quando la mistura si è raffreddata
versarla nel Gelataio e lavorarla
finché non acquista la consistenza
voluta.
variazioni:
Si possono sostituire le fragole con
qualsiasi tipo di frutta morbida. La
dolcezza del gelato dipende dalla
frutta usata, per cui ricordarsi di
assaggiare la mistura prima di
metterla in frigo.
Si prega tener presente che il tempo
necessario alla mistura per gelare
dipende da:
la quantità e la composizione della
mistura stessa. Se viene aggiunto
dell’alcol, questo impedirà alla
mistura di gelare;
la temperatura iniziale della mistura;
la temperatura d’ambiente.
