3. Recreere & regenerare
Aparatul se va utiliza pînă la maximum două minute pe grupa de
mușchi respectivă. Noi recomandăm o utilizare la intervale de
30-secunde cu o pauză de 5 pănî la 10 secunde între utilizări.
4. Relaxare
Pentru relaxarea unei grupe de mușchi se va utiliza aparatul pentru 30
de secunde. Această perioadă de timp este în mod obișnuit, suficientă
pentru relaxarea mușchiului.
ÎNTREȚINERE
1. Se curăță uscat cu o pânză moale.
2. Nu utilizați aparatul mai mult de 15 minute mîntr-o sesiune. Se
recomandă a jumătate de oră de așteptare înainte de o nouă utilizare.
