U moet de laskabels niet overbelasten door spanningsverlies en verhitting.
ATTENTIE! Zorg dat u altijd de betrouwbaarheid controleert van de werkstukkabel en klem.
Zorg dat het metalen oppervlak waarop de kabel aangesloten is, vrij is van metaaloxide of verf.
Controleer of de stekker correct op stroombron aangesloten is.
2.5.6 Verbinding met de draadaanvoerunit
Kemppi levert een aantal verschillende verbindingskabelsets voor verschillende
omstandigheden. Alleen materialen die voldoen aan de normen voor de internationale
markten van Kemppi worden bij de fabricage van de kabels toegepast.
Indien correct gebruikt, zorgen Kemppi kabelsets voor hoge lasprestaties en eenvoudig
onderhoud.
Vóór gebruik moet u steeds controleren dat de kabelset in goede conditie verkeert en dat
de stekkers goed aangesloten zijn. Losse stekkers kunnen de lasprestaties verstoren en door
verhitting resulteren in beschadigde stekkers.

ATTENTIE! KempArc Pulse 350/450 stroombronnen zijn ontworpen om gebruikt te worden met
alleen DT 400 draadaanvoerunits en KF 62 functiepanelen. Volledige instructies voor gebruik en
werking staan beschreven in de betreende handleiding.
3. GEBRUIK
3.1 HOOFDSCHAKELAAR I/O
Wanneer u de ON/OFF schakelaar in de I-stand zet, brandt indicatielamp 3 en is de machine
gereed voor gebruik. Zet de machine altijd aan en uit met de hoofdschakelaar van de
stroombron. U moet nooit de netstekkers als schakelaar gebruiken.
3.2 INDICATIELAMPJES
De indicatielampjes van de machine melden de bedrijfsstatus:
Als het groene indicatielampje brandt, betekent dit dat de machine ingeschakeld en gereed
voor gebruik is en dat deze aangesloten is op de netspanning met de hoofdschakelaar van de
stroombron in de I-stand.
Als het oranje indicatielampje brandt, is de thermische beveiliging geactiveerd ten gevolge
van belastingen hoger dan normaal die uitgaan boven de nominale inschakelduur. De
koelventilator blijft draaien en koelt de machine af. Als het indicatielampje uitgaat, is de
machine weer gereed om te lassen.
3.3 WERKING VAN KOELVENTILATOR
KempArc Pulse stroombronnen hebben twee geïntegreerde ventilatoren die tegelijk
functioneren.
• De ventilator start even wanneer de hoofdschakelaar in stand I gezet wordt.
• De ventilator begint te draaien als de machine de bedrijfstemperatuur heeft bereikt en
blijft 1 tot 10 minuten draaien nadat het lassen is beëindigd, afhankelijk van de voltooide
lascyclus.
