3.3 Afstandsbediening
3.3.1 Basisfuncties
1. Druk op Stop om de boog te doven en de wagen te
stoppen.
2. Houd ALT ingedrukt om de oranje gemarkeerde
secundaire functies van de knoppen te activeren.
3. CH eerste keer indrukken: Testronde starten (boog
uit) met geprogrammeerde snelheid en oscillatie.
4. CH tweede keer indrukken tijdens lassen/ronde:
Wagensnelheid neemt toe (omhoog) of af
(omlaag).
5. CH lang indrukken: Transport op hoge snelheid
(boog uit).
Beweegt de middellijn van de oscillatie of lasbeweging
in de richting van de knop.
De richting is met het gezicht naar het functiepaneel
van de wagen toe. Als u aan de andere kant van de
wagen staat, zijn de richtingen omgekeerd.
Vergroot of verkleint de oscillatiebreedte met 1 mm per
druk op de knop (0,5 mm aan beide klanten).
3.3.2 ALT-functies
Lassen begint in de richting van de knop. Bij een
testronde wordt de boog ontstoken.
Het volgende (omhoog) of vorige (omlaag) programma
activeren, inclusief geheugenkanaal, als CH REMOTE op
de draadaanvoerunit ON is.
De boogspanning verhogen (+) of verlagen (-).
De draadaanvoersnelheid verhogen (+) of verlagen (-).
Fijn afstellen van de spanning en draadaanvoer
werkt alleen als CH REMOTE op de draadaanvoerunit op
OFF staat.
Stop beëindigt de werking van de wagen en stopt het
lassen.
