A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
MORE INFORMATION
Do not keep rice warm for more than 12 hours. Otherwise, it may develop odors, turn
yellowish in color, or dry out.
• Do not disconnect the power plug in KEEPWARM (keep warm) mode. Terminate the
program first with the CANCEL button. Then switch off the device completely with the
OFF button, keeping the button OFF pressed for about 3 seconds. A beep will sound
to confirm and the display will stop lighting.
• Risotto can not be kept warm as it tends to get sticky.
• Do not use the WARM warming mode for mixed rice, brown rice,
sweet rice or sprouted brown rice, because they can ruin or develop odors.
• There may be a slight burn-in layer on the bottom of the inner pot. Disconnect the
power plug from the socket after use.
• Do not reheat cold rice. Otherwise, it may develop odors.
When opening the lid hot steam can escape. Be especially careful when opening the lid.
