5) Las reclamaciones con garana no son cubiertas en caso de daños debidos a:

- Uso abusivo o incorrecto

- Exposición a un riesgo ambiental (humedad, calor, sobre voltaje, polvo, etc.)

- Fallas derivadas al incumplimiento de las precauciones de seguridad

aplicables al disposivo

- Fallas derivadas del incumplimiento al manual de usuario

- Uso de fuerza (ej. golpe, patada, caídas)

- Interferencia de un servicio de reparación no autorizado por nosotros

- Intentos de reparación arbitrarios

- Envío en embalaje no apto para el transporte

6) Le proponemos igualmente un servicio de reparación de defectos o

daños a los disposivos que no están cubiertos por la garana (o fuera de

plazo), contra reembolso de los costes.

Favor de contactar el servicio de atención al cliente para una propuesta

personalizada. En este caso, los gastos de envío quedarán a su cargo.
