1. Controleer de stroomtoevoer.
2. Als de stroomtoevoer OK is, controleer of LED licht OK is,
controleer de spanning PN, als het 380V is, komt het probleem
meestal van het hoofdprintplaat. En als de LED niet brandt,
schakel dan de stroomtoevoer uit, controleer de IGBT,
controleer die dioxiden, als de spanning niet juist is, is de
omvormerprintplaat beschadigd, vervang deze.
3. Als de IGBT OK zijn, betekent het dat de printplaat van de
omvormer OK is, stroom van bruggelijkrichter niet correct,
controleer de brug (dezelfde methode als bij IGBT, de stroom
uitschakelen, controleren of de dioxiden beschadigd zijn).
4.Meestal als F1 bestaat wanneer de compressor start, is de
mogelijke reden de hoofdprintplaat. Als F1 bestaat wanneer de
ventilator begint, kan het wegens de printplaat van de
omvormer zijn.
PED PCB storing
1. Na 5 minuten stroomonderbreking, schakel de stroom
opnieuw in en controleer of het hersteld kan worden;
2. Als dit niet lukt, vervang dan de PED-veiligheidsplaat,
schakel de stroom weer in en controleer of het hersteld kan
worden;
3. Als dit niet mogelijk is, moet de IPM-moduleplaat worden
vervangen.
