Let op dat u bij aansluiting van de verbindingsleiding andere onderdelen niet beschadigt.

Om te voorkomen dat de koelmiddelleidingen tijdens het lassen van binnenuit oxideren, moet het systeem met

stikstof geladen worden, anders kan roesten het circulatiesysteem blokkeren.

7.2. Lekdetectie

Gebruik zeepwater of een lekdetector om elke verbinding te controleren op lekkage (zie Fig. 7-2).

7.3. Warmte-isolatie

Om te voorkomen dat er tijdens de werking van de apparatuur koude of warmte uit de verbindingsleiding naar de omgeving vrijkomt,

moet doeltreffende isolatiemaatregelen genomen worden voor zowel de gas- als de vloeistofleiding.

1) De gasleiding aan de zijkant moet geïsoleerd worden met gesloten celschuim, met brandvertragingsklasse B1 en hittebestendig tot

meer dan 120 ºC.

2) Bij een buitendiameter van een koperen pijp ≤ Φ 12,7 mm, moet de dikte van de isolerende laag minstens 15mm zijn; bij een

buitendiameter van een koperen pijp ≥ Φ 15,9 mm, moet de dikte van de isolerende laag minstens 20 mm zijn.

3) Gebruik bijgevoegde warmte-isolerende materialen voor de warmte-isolatie zonder speling op de verbindingsdelen van de leidingen

van de binnenunit.
