7.0 WERKING EN BEVEILIGINGEN
De aan/uitschakelaar (nr. 1) zet de elektromotor in werking. Deze schakelaar
werkt tevens als resetschakelaar voor de thermische beveiliging die de motor
beschermt tegen verbranding. De motor drijft rechtstreeks de waterhogedrukpomp
(nr. 13) aan. Lage druk leidingwater wordt via een zelfdenkende vlotterbak (nr. 12)
(echter HD 600-100 heeft geen vlotterbak) naar de pomp gevoerd. Met behulp van
de zeepdoseerkraan (nr. 8) is daar eventueel reinigingsmiddel aan toe te voegen
uit een interne (nr. 19) of losse zeeptank. Het water bereikt de pomp aan de
zuigzijde en wordt aan de drukzijde weer krachtig uitgeperst. Het drukregelventiel
(nr. 5) (geldt niet voor HD 600-100) regelt de druk van het water dat naar de
verwarmingsspiraal stroomt. Als niet de maximale druk is ingesteld, stroomt de
overdruk via een bypass leiding terug. Bijvoorbeeld bij een laag ingestelde druk of
wanneer de start-stophandgreep wordt losgelaten.
In de verwarmingsspiraal wordt het water verhit door een oliebrander. Een
thermostaat (nr. 3) in de uitgang van de spiraal meet voortdurend de temperatuur
van het water en vergelijkt deze met de ingestelde waarde van de instelknop op
het bedieningspaneel. Is de watertemperatuur te laag, dan schakelt de brander in.
Zodra de juiste temperatuur bereikt is, schakelt de brander uit.
De spiraal is tweevoudig beveiligd tegen oververhitting:
1. temperatuurinstelknop (nr. 3)
: als de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt, wordt
de brandstoftoevoer afgesloten door middel van een magneetventiel.
2. microswitch
: de microswitch is aan de drukregelaar gemonteerd. Bij een te lage
druk (instelling lager dan plm. 30 bar) sluit de microswitch de brandstoftoevoer
af met behulp van een magneetventiel.
