SPECIFIC SAFETY ADVICE
This device is not intended for grinding of oily nuts, such as peanuts, or hard foods, such as
uncooked rice.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Clean the device as described in Care and Maintenance.
OPERATION
• Turn the lid (1) counterclockwise and then lift it off.
• Fill in about 50g of coffee beans or other food for grinding.
• Attention:Thegrindershouldnotbeoverlled.
• Put the lid (1) back on and turn it clockwise to fasten it. Make sure that the lid is fully
closed.
• Connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.
• Press the On/Off/Pulse key (3) in short intervals until the foods have the desired consis-
tency.
• Open the grinder and pour out the ground beans.
• Before using the device again, wait for a few minutes to let it cool down to room tempera-
ture.
• Whennishedusingthedevice,pulltheplugandwrapthecablebackintothecable
compartment.
• Store the device in a dry and safe place.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Please also abide by the Safety Advice.
• The motor casing and the inside of the grinder can be cleaned with a soft, moist cloth and
a mild detergent.
Careful! The stainless steel knife (2) of the grinder is very sharp.
• Clean the lid with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry it thoroughly before putting it
back on the device.
• Never use abrasive or aggressive detergents or utensils.
