Prune Deletes all invalid stations from the station list.

Info Display
To display information (if broadcast by station) repeatedly press the INFO button on the unit or on the
remote control.
FM Radio
1. Switch the unit on as described previously.
2. Select the FM mode by pressing the FUNCTION button repeatedly. The frequency will be shown
in the display.
3. Select a desired radio station by pressing the TUN- and TUN+ buttons on the remote control or
by rotating the TUNING knob on the unit.
4. To automatically search for the next available radio station, press and hold for 2 seconds the
or button.
5. Stereo/Mono mode is available for FM radio stations.
In stereo mode you will see “ST” in the display. If there is no “ST” indication in the display below
the frequency then the radio is mono mode. For better reception you can force mono mode (see
section “FM Menu”).
FM Menu
Press and hold for 2 seconds the MENU button while in FM mode to enter the FM menu. Inside the
menu you can select between the following menu items and functions by pressing the / buttons
(to enter menu items and to conrm a selection press the button; to exit menu items and the menu
press and hold the MENU button):

Scan Select the scan sensitivity: “All stations” has a strong sensitivity which will also scan
for stations with weak signal, whereas “Strong stations” has a weak sensitivity and
will only scan for stations with strong signal.
Audio Manually select between stereo and mono mode. In areas with weak signal, the
broadcast quality may be improved by selecting mono mode.

Manually Store Radio Stations
This unit enables you to store up to 30 radio stations:
1. Tune to a radio station which you would like to store.
2. Press and hold for 2 seconds the MEM. button on the remote control.
3. Select a desired preset (1 - 30) on which you want to store the current frequency by pressing the
or button.
4. Press the button to conrm your setting. “STORED” will be shown in the display
5. Repeat steps 1 - 4 to store up to 30 frequencies.
6. To recall a stored frequency, press the MEM. button once, select the desired preset using the
/ buttons and then press the button to play the selected preset.
Automatically Store Radio Stations
Rather than manually storing stations, you can also let the unit automatically store found stations:
1. While in FM mode press and hold for 2 seconds the SCAN button.
2. The unit will now scan and consecutively store found stations (up to 30).
Once nished, the unit will play the station which was rst available.
3. To recall a stored frequency, press the MEM. button once, select the desired preset using the
/ buttons and then press the button to play the selected preset.
