DAB+ Radio
1. Switch the unit on as described previously.
2. Select the DAB mode by pressing the MODE button repeatedly.
3. When the unit is switched into DAB mode for the rst time, it will automatically tune for available
stations.
Once the scan is completed the radio will play the rst station in the station list.
4. Select a desired radio station by pressing the and buttons.
Manually Store Radio Stations
This unit enables you to store up to 40 radio stations:
1. Tune to a radio station which you would like to store.
2. Press and hold for 2 seconds the PROG button.
3. Select a desired preset (1 - 40) on which you want to store the current frequency by pressing the
or button.
4. Press the PROG button to conrm your setting.
5. Repeat steps 1 - 4 to store up to 40 stations.
6. To recall a stored station, press the PROG button and then select the desired preset using the
/ buttons. Once you reached the desired preset press again the PROG button to switch to that
station.
DAB+ Menu
Press the MENU button while in DAB+ mode to enter the DAB+ menu. Inside the menu you can select
between the following menu items and functions by pressing the / buttons (to enter menu items
and to conrm a selection, press the ENTER button; to exit menu press the MENU button):
Menu Item Function
Auto tune Full scan for all available radio stations.
Manual tune Manually tune to a specic channel/frequency.
Prune Deletes all invalid stations from the station list.
DRC This function reduces the difference between the loudest and quietest audio being
broadcast. Effectively, this makes quiet sounds comparatively louder, and loud
sounds comparatively quieter.
Note: DRC only works if it is enabled by the broadcaster for a specic station.
SW Version View software version.
Language Select another menu language.
Factoy Reset Reset the unit to its factory settings.
Info Display
To display information (if broadcast by station) repeatedly press the INFO button.
FM Radio
1. Switch the unit on as described previously.
2. Select the FM mode by pressing the MODE button repeatedly. The frequency will be shown in the
display.
3. Select a desired radio station by pressing the or button repeatedly.
4. To automatically search for the next available radio station, press and hold for 2 seconds the
or button.
5. Stereo/Mono mode is available for FM radio stations.
In case of a weak signal you can force mono mode which may improve the reception. To switch
between mono and stereo modes, press the STEREO button.
