Power Supply & Antenna
Main Unit
• Connect the small end of the supplied power cable to the AC Power Input socket on the back of
the unit and the other end into a suitable wall socket.
Power Cable
• Make sure that the output power of the wall outlet matches the required power of the unit.
• Connect the supplied wire antenna to the 75Ω connector on the unit back.
Wire Antenna
Remote Control
1.
Remove the battery com-
partment cover on the back
of the remote control.
2.
Load one AAA/1.5V battery (not included) into
the battery compartment making sure that the
battery is inserted with the correct polarity (+/-)
as indicated inside the battery compartment.
3.
Close the battery
compartment cover.
Notes:
• The remote control works within a distance of approximately 8 metres from the sensor and within
an angle of about 30° from the left and right side.
• Pay attention to the safety information on page 18.
• If the remote control is not used for a longer period of time, batteries should be removed.
Basic Functions
Switching the Unit On & Off (Standby Mode)
1. Power the unit as described above. The unit is now in standby mode.
2. To switch the unit on, press the Power button. The unit will switch to the last mode used.
3. To switch the unit off (standby mode), press the Power button.
Function Selection (Source)
• To select between modes (CD, Line In, BT, USB, FM, DAB), repeatedly press the Source button
on the unit or the remote control.
Volume Control
• Increase the volume by pressing the Vol+ button on the remote control or by turning the volume
knob on the unit clockwise.
• Decrease the volume by pressing the Vol- button on the remote control or by turning the volume
knob on the unit counter-clockwise.
