Ham and Swiss Rollie®
Ingrediente:
1 bucata de aluat triunghiular
Maioneza sau mustar
1 felie de sunca
½ felie de bransa Elvetiana taiata in bucati
Instructiuni:
Stropiti interiorul camerei de coacere cu ulei alimentar.
Asezati aluatul pe o suprafata plana, adaugati maioneza/mustar, asezati sunca si branza
in centrul acestuia.
Rulati aluatul incepand de la capatul mai mic catre cel mai mare, pliind capetele. Rulati
foarte subtire pentru a se potrivi in Rollie si asezati-l in camera de coacere.
Gatiti pentru cca 8-10 minute.
* Pentru a obtine o crusta crocanta, intoarceti invers ruloul reitroducand-ul in camere de
coacere pentru inca 2 minute.
Cheddar Turkey Rollie®
Ingrediente:
2 bucati aluat de biscuiti
1 felie curcan afumat
½ de felie branza ceddar taiata in bucatele
Instructiuni:
Stropiti interiorul camerei de coacere cu ulei alimentar.
Combinati cele doua bucati de aluat de biscuiti intr-o mana.
Pe o suprafata plana intindeti aluatul formand o foaie subtire, obtinand un cerc de
aproximativ 3-4 inchi (7-10cm).
Asezati curcanul si branza in centrul aluatului.
Rulati aluatul destul de subtire pentru a se putea potrivi in aparatul Rollie. Ciupiti capetele
ruloului si asezati-l in camera de coacere. Impachetati ruloul cu grija cu ajutorul
impachetatorului.
Gatiti pentru cca 8-10 minute.
* Pentru a obtine o crusta crocanta, intoarceti invers ruloul reitroducand-ul in camere de
coacere pentru inca 2 minute.
Vegetable EggRollie®
Ingrediente:
1 bucat de wrap picant
¼ cana varza taiata in felii subtiri
¼ cana morcovi (sau alte legume la alegere)
¼ lingurita de ghimbir tocat dupa gust
1 lingurita sos de stridii pe gustul dumneavoastra
Instructiuni:
Stropiti interiorul camerei de coacere cu ulei alimentar.
Amestecati ingredientele intr-un bol. Rulati amestecul intr-un wrap picant si asezati
produsul in camera de coacere.
Gatiti pentru cca 6-8 minute apoi scoateti produsul afara. Serviti cu sos de soia.
* Pentru a obtine o crusta crocanta, intoarceti invers ruloul reitroducand-ul in camere de
coacere pentru inca 2 minute.
