sucul si gustul. Bucatile mici de carne sau peste sunt gata mai repede si mai bine decat
bucatile mari. Asadar este recomandat sa le taiati in bucatele mici de 1-2 cm.
Piatra mentine temperature natural. Asadar puteti deconecta aparatul cu 10 minute
inainte de a termina.
Este recomandat sa indepartati resturile de mancare de pe piatra in timpul gatirii (cu o
spatula de lemn). Odata ce mancarea este uscata, este mult mai greu de indepartat.
Taiati carnea in bucati mici. Asa reduceti timpul de gatire. Verviti pe o plita sau o tava de
lemn carnea cruda toccata. Asa invitatii dumneavoastra pot allege calitatea carnii care
o pot gatii pe plita.
Puteti servi carnea gatita cu sosuri diferite, salate.
RACLETTE
Raclette este un vas tipic Elvetian. Puteti obtine un bun raclette folosind branza originala
pentru raclette. Luati 150-250 grame pentru fiecare persoana. taiati branza in felii (mai
mult sau mai putin de 2 mm).
Preparati cartofii necuratati, pe care ii veti pune intr-un bol acoperit sau pe grill pentru a-I
mentine calzi.
Asezati grillul - raclette pe mijlocul mesei.
Puneti branza in tigaile raclettei si asezatile sub tubul de incalzire. Branza se va topii dupa
3-4 minute.
Imediat ce branza s-a topit si a luat o culoare aurie, o puteti sevi direct din plita.
Dupa folosire, rotiti butonul termostatului la “MIN” si deconectati aparatul.
CURATARE & INGRIJIRE
Inainte de curatare, deconectati si asteptati aparatul pana se raceste.
Curatarea pietrei grill
Curatati aparatul dupa fiecare folosire pentru a prevenii lipirea resturilor.
Niciodata nu folositi tampoane de degresare.
Niciodata nu turnati apa rece pe piatra fierbinte, puteti deteriora aparatul si cauza
stropirea cu apa fierbinte.
Curatati grillul cu sapun lichid diluat in apa.
Niciodata nu curatati grilul si tigaia cu produse abrasive, aceastea pot deteriora invelisul.
Curatati piatra doar cu apa calda si posibil cu un burette.
Niciodata nu folositi produse de curatare sau produse abrasive deoarece acestea pot
schimba proprietatile natural ale piertrei.
Nu zgariati piatra cu obiecte ascutite pentru a nu zgaria suprafata.
Niciodata nu cufundati piatra in apa.
Piatra, grilul si tigaile nu sunt sigure pentru masina de spalat vase.
Daca ati gatit peste pe piatra, este recomandat sa frecati piatra cu otet sau suc de
lamiae.
Curatarea bazei
Curatati partile din metal ale aparatului cu hartie de bucatarie, un burette umed si lichid
de spalare.
Clatitile si uscatile complet.
