Notes: Normally, the defrosting process takes longer than the cooking process. If the food can
be cut with a knife, the defrosting process can be considered as completed.
For best results, put the food on a shallow dish and shield the edges of the foodstuffs with foil.
After defrosting, cover the food with aluminium foil and let it stand for 5-30 minutes.

To pop a bag of corn of 85g (3.0 Oz). If the popping speed
has decreased to 1 time per 1-2 seconds before the end of
the cooking time, press the “Stop.Clear” key to stop the
popping process.

To heat up a slice of pizza of about 0.15kg.

To heat a cup with 250ml liquid. Use a cup with a big

5mm, place them on a large dish and cover them with a

and the scales have been removed, slit the skin of the fish.

Let it stand for 2 minutes after cooking.
1. Press the "Auto Cooking" key to select the desired auto code corresponding to the food
you want to cook.
2. Press "Instant.Start" to start cooking.
Note: you can adjust (increase or decrease) the cooking time if necessary.
