Utilize sempre óleos aconselhados para fritar. Verifique a etiqueta da garrafa. Caso
prefira gordura sólida, corte-a em pequenos pedaços e derrete-a. Coloque a ficha do
cabo da alimentação na tomada eléctrica. Ajuste o termóstato na posição da
temperatura mínima, vá deitando a gordura na cuba até esta se derreter. Quando isso
acontecer, escolha a temperatura desejada. ATENÇÃO: O NÃO CUMPRIMENTO DESTE
CONSELHO PODE DANIFICAR MUITO O APARELHO.
AQUECIMENTO PRÉVIO
Com o interruptor do aparelho na posião ON-ligado, desloque o termostato para a
temperatura desejada.
Para obter a temperatura estável e correcta de utilização do aparelho, espere 10 a 15
minutos. Durante este tempo o sinalizador do controlo da temperatura acender-se-à e
apagar-se-à várias vezes.
Um pré aquecimento perfeito permitirá obter batatas frita estaladiças e douradas.
