RICETTE
Patatine fritte
Si raccomanda di cuocere le patatine in due tempi.
Usare delle vecchie patate (non nuove). Tagliarle in pezzi di uguali dimensioni. Sciacquare

Non superare il peso consigliato.Quando la temperatura ha raggiunto i 180°C mettere le
patate nel cestello, 
Il tempo necessario per la frittura di 500 g di patate è di circa 6 minuti a 180°C. Sollevare il

Attendere che la spia si spenga nuovamente, calare ancora una volta il cestello e
lasciare friggere per altri due minuti circa.
Sollevare il cestello e lasciare sgocciolare le patate.
Per ottenere un risultato migliore, far asciugare le patate su un panno assorbente per
assorbire il grasso.
I tempi di frittura possono variare leggermente a seconda della qualità e delle dimensioni
delle patate.
Fettine di cipolla
Tempo di frittura: a 175°C per 4/5 minuti.
