PRECALENTAMIENTO
Una vez encendido el aparato, ponga el termóstato en la temperature deseada. Para
alcanzar una temperatura de uso correcta y estable, hay que esperar de 10 a 15 minutos.
Durante ese tiempo, el testigo luminoso de control de la temperatura se encendirá y se
apagará varias veces.
Un buen precalentamiento le permitirá obtener fritas doradas y crujientes.
USO
Enchufe el aparato y ponga el termostato en la posición deseada. El testigo luminoso de
funcionamiento y el de temperatura se encienden. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura
deseada, el testigo luminoso de temperatura se apaga. Cuando la temperatura baje, el
termostato vuelve a ponerse en marcha y el testigo luminoso se enciende, vuelve a
apagarse una vez alcanzada la temperatura deseada.
No coloque la tapadera en la freidora durante el uso. Póngala sólo cuando la freidora
haya enfriado, para evitar que el polvo penetre.
Cuando la freidora alcance la temperatura deseada, saque la cesta del aceite
levantando el mango y engánchela en el borde de la freidora.
Meta los alimentos en la cesta y sumerja la cesta en el aceite.
En cuanto los alimentos estén cocidos, saque la cesta del aceite y engánchela en el
borde de la freidora para que los alimentos escurren.
Si es necesario, puede sacar la cesta del aparato.
Asegúrese de que los alimentos queden bien cocinados tanto por dentro como por
fuera.
Su aparato no lleva interruptor encendido / apagado. Por eso, ponga el termostato en la
posición  y desenchufe el aparato. No manipule el aparato antes de que el aceite
o la grasa haya totalmente enfriado.
PARA OBTENER LOS MEJORES RESULTADOS
Seque los alimentos antes de freírlos. Los alimentos muy húmedos pueden provocar una
ebullición del aceite y hacerlo desbordar de la cubeta.
Procure que todos los alimentos tengan aproximadamente el mismo tamaño para
permitir una fritura uniforme.
Ciertos alimentos tienen que ser empanados o rebozados.
Espere siempre que la freidora alcance la temperatura deseada y el testigo luminoso de
temperatura se apague antes de añadir los alimentos.
No llene en exceso la cesta.
CUIDADO: Su freidora cuenta con un sistema de seguridad que para automáticamente la
freidora si el aparato empieza a sobrecalentarse (en caso de avería en el termostato por
ejemplo). Si ocurriera, ponga primero el termostato en  y desenchufe el aparato.
Espere que la freidora se enfríe (unos 15 minutos). Pulse el botón RESET que se encuentra
dentro del recogecables en la trasera del aparato. Cada cubeta tiene un botón RESET.
Puede volver a utilizar su freidora. Para que no vuelva a ocurrir, lea detenidamente las
instrucciones de uso.
