PRERISCALDAMENTO
Accendere la friggitrice e regolare il termostato sulla temperatura desiderata.
Attendere circa 10-
In questi minuti la spia si accenderà e si spegnerà più volte.

FUNZIONAMENTO
Posizionare il coperchio, collegare la spina a una presa di corrente. La spia di
funzionamento rossa si accenderà.
Impostare il termostato alla temperatura desiderata: la spia luminosa verde si accende.
Quando la temperatura è stata raggiunta, la spia verde si spegne. Quando la
temperatura si abbassa troppo, il termostato riparte e la temperatura cresce ancora.
Quando la friggitrice ha raggiunto la temperatura desiderata, alzare il coperchio e
rimuovere il cestello. Inserire gli alimenti molto dolcemente nel cestello senza spruzzi,
dopodiché e far scendere il cestello interamente nell'olio e chiudere il coperchio.
Abbassare il cestello nella friggitrice. Le consigliamo di non mettere il coperchio durante
la cottura.
A cottura ultimata posizionare il cestello sul bordo della friggitrice con l'aiuto della
maniglia e lasciar gocciolare gli alimenti.
Fare attenzione quando si apre il coperchio poiché potrebbe uscire del vapore bollente
dall'apparecchio.
Assicurarsi che gli alimenti siano ben cotti, sia all'esterno che all'interno.
Spegnere l'apparecchio e togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
CONSIGLI PER UN UTILIZZO MIGLIORE
Asciugare accuratamente gli alimenti prima di introdurli nella friggitrice, in quanto alimenti
troppo umidi possono causare schizzi di olio.
Gli alimenti introdotti devono essere di stessa dimensione per ottenere una cottura
omogenea.
Alcuni alimenti devono essere impanati prima di essere introdotti nella friggitrice.
Prima di introdurre gli alimenti, riscaldare la friggitrice ed assicurarsi che la lampada spia
del termostato si sia spenta ed abbia raggiunto la temperatura desiderata.
Non riempire troppo il recipiente di alimenti.
FONDUTA
Attenzione: per evitare di spostare l’apparecchio quando l’olio è caldo, metterlo direttamente
nel posto in cui andrete ad utilizzarlo.
La friggitrice può essere utilizzata per realizzare fondute a olio, chiamate più comunemente
"Bourguignonne". L'apparecchio non può essere utilizzato per la fonduta di formaggi.
Non inserire mai del formaggio nel recipiente.
La friggitrice è dotata di 6 forchette da fonduta, ciascuna dotata di un manico colorato e
di un anello in plastica per posizionarla correttamente durante la cottura.
Assicurarsi che il livello dell'olio sia compreso tra gli indicatori di livello minimo e massimo
indicati nel recipiente. Togliere il coperchio e posizionare l'anello in plastica della
forchetta sulla sommità della friggitrice.
