Ingredientes:
550gr
1400gr
3 ou 4 ovos
120gr de açucar
120gr de farinha
60gr de azeite
15gr oleo cake
½ coher da sopa com natas
1/3 colher da sopa com
fermento em
6 ou 7 ovos
250gr de açucar
250gr de farinha
120gr de azeite
30gr oleo cake
1 coher da sopa com natas
½ colher da sopa com fermento
em pó
Conselho: Durante a mistura, raspe as paredes do recipiente para assegurara uma mistura
homogénea.
1. Ponha os ovos, o açucar e metade do azeite numa taça e misture os ingredientes com a
batedeira até o açucar ficar derretido.
2. Adicione o oleo cake na misture e volte a misturar com a batedeira.
3. Coloque o azeite restante, a farinha, as natas e o fermento em na mistura e volte a
mexer com a batedeira durante cerca de 4 minutos, na velocidade máxima, até ficar
em muita espuma.
4. Unte a forma com azeite e coloque a mistura na forma.
5. Coloque a forma correctamente no aparelho para cozer pão. Feche a tampa.
6. Escolha o programa desejado.
7. Comprima a tecla START/STOP.
8. Com as luvas da cozinha retire o pão da forma após a cozedura.
9. Deixe arrefecer o pão sobre uma grelha durante mais ou menos uma hora antes de o

Ingredientes:
550gr
1400gr
3 ou 4 ovos
120gr de açucar
120gr de farinha
30gr de creme
15 gr de óleo cakel
½ coher da sopa com natas
6 ou 7 ovos
250gr de açucar
250gr de farinha
60gr de creme
30 gr de oleo cake
coher da sopa com natas

espuma.
2. Junte o oleo cake na mistura e volte a mexer com a batedira na velocidade mais
elevada.
3. Adicione a farinha e o fermento na mistura e mexa-os de novo com a batedeira.
4. Coloque o crème derretido e misture com a batedeira.
5. Unte a forma com azeite e coloque a mistura na forma.
6. Coloque a forma correctamente no aparelho para cozer pão. Feche a tampa.
7. Escolha o programa desejado.
8. Comprima a tecla START/STOP.
9. Com as luvas da cozinha retire o pão da forma após a cozedura.
