Pasteles con miel
Ingredientes:
550g
1400g
3 o 4 huevos
120g de azúcar
1/3 cucharadita de sal
3 cucharadas soperas de miel
2 cucharadas soperas de leche
120g de harina fermentante
2 cucharadas soperas de aceite
para ensaladas
15g de aceite para pasteles
½ cucharadita de crema
instantánea
6 o 7 huevos
250g de azúcar
1 cucharadita de sal
6 cucharadas soperas de miel
4 cucharadas soperas de leche
250g de harina fermentante
4 cucharadas soperas de aceite
para ensaladas
30g de aceite para pasteles
1 cucharadita de crema
instantánea
Consejo : durante la mezcla, raspe el interior del recipiente para asegurar una mezcla
homogénea.
1. Ponga los huevos, el azúcar y el sal en un recipiente y mezcle con un batidor para
producir espuma.
2. Añada miel y aceite para ensaladas y mezcle de nuevo con un batidor.
3. Añada harina fermentante y mezcle de manera homogénea.
4. Vierta leche y bata con un batidor manual de manera homogénea.
5. Ponga aceite en las paredes del molde y vierta la mezcla en el molde.
6. Ponga correctamente el molde en el aparato y cierre la tapa.
7. Elija el programa deseado.
8. Presione en START/STOP.
9. Con guantes de cocina, saque el pastel del aparato después del fin de la cocción.
10. Deje el pastel enfriar en una rejilla.
