Milchglasur: decken Sie frisch gebackenes Brot mit Milch oder Sahne um eine weiche und
glänzende Kruste zu bekommen.
Zuckerguss: Mischen Sie 1 Messbecher Pulverzucker mit 1 oder 2 Teelöffeln Milch um eine
reiche Glasur zu machen, und gießen Sie diese auf Süßes Brot.
Mohn-/Sesam-/Kümmelkörner/Maisgrieß/Hafermehl:
Bestreuen Sie ein frisch glasiertes Brot mit den gewünschten Körnern.
INBETRIEBNAHME DER BROTBACKMASCHINE
BEDIENELEMENT
Display:
Zeigt die Nummer des Programms.
Zeigt die übrige Programmdauer, Minute pro Minute.
Zeigt eine Fehlermeldung (Fehlermeldungen "E:E0", "E:E1" und "H:HH")
TIME-Taste :
Mit dieser Taste können Sie die Zeitschaltuhr für die Vorprogrammierung einstellen.
Jeden Druck ändert die Zeit jeweils um 10 Minuten.
MENU-Taste:
Mit dieser Taste können Sie ein Programm wählen (von 1 bis 12).
Jeden Druck schaltet auf nächstes Programm um.
START/STOP-Taste:
Mit dieser Taste starten Sie ein Programm. Sie brauchen ungefähr 1,5 Sekunden auf diese Taste
zu drücken.
Drücken Sie auf diese Taste und halten Sie diese ungefähr 1,5 Sekunden eingedrückt bis Sie ein
Tonsignal hören um ein Programm zu beenden oder die Einstellung der Zeitschaltuhr
abzubrechen (Achtung: Drücken Sie nicht auf die START/STOP-Taste, wenn Sie den Deckel
während eines Programms öffnen um das Brot zu beobachten).
Kruste-Taste ( "COLOR"):
Drücken Sie auf diese Taste um die Krustefarbe zu wählen (manche Programme ermöglichen
diese Funktion nicht). Bei jedem Druck erscheint die nächste Krustefarbe im Display.
Gewicht-Taste ( "LOAF"):
Ermöglicht Ihnen das Gewicht des Brotes zu wählen (manche Programme ermöglichen diese
Wahl nicht). Bei jedem Druck auf diese Taste schaltet das Display auf das andere Gewicht um.
Sie können wählen zwischen 500g, 1000g, 1200g und 1400g. Dies hat einen Einfluss auf die
Backzeit. 500g eignet sich nur für die Doppelbackform. Die nachfolgenden Programme
ermöglichen eine Wahl: BASIC, WHOLE WHEAT, FRENCH, SWEET und ULTRA FAST.
LIGHT-Taste:
Drücken Sie auf diese Taste um die Lampe anzuschalten, so dass Sie den Backvorgang
kontrollieren können. Nach einer Minute erlischt die Lampe automatisch, falls Sie nicht aufs
neue auf diese Taste drücken.
PAUSE-Taste:
Drücken Sie auf diese Taste um den Backvorgang zu unterbrechen. Die restliche Zeit blinkt im
Display. Wenn Sie erneut auf PAUSE drücken, geht das Backprogramm weiter.
