FUNZIONAMENTO
L'apparecchio è dotato di rulli per massaggio plantare. Per posizionarli, inserirli nelle apposite
sedi, premendo leggermente.
Riempire la bacinella con acqua calda sotto il raccordo fino al livello indicato. Potete
utilizzare anche un recipiente per effettuare questa operazione.
L'indicatore di livello indica l'altezza massima dell'acqua. Se non si vuole riempire la
bacinella fino al livello massimo indicato, assicurarsi che la quantità d'acqua che si
introduce sia sufficiente a coprire tutta la superficie dei piedi.
Posizionare l'apparecchio sul pavimento davanti ad una sedia ben stabile.
Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente ed accendere l'apparecchio. Selezionare la
posizione desiderata sull'interruttore di controllo.
Sedersi prima di immergere i piedi nella bacinella. Non rimanere in alcun caso in piedi con
i piedi immersi nella bacinella.
Rilassarsi e godersi l'azione stimolante di un dolce massaggio plantare con bollicine
d'acqua spumeggianti. E' possibile aumentarne l'azione benefica utilizzando oli da
bagno non schiumogeni.
Dopo 10/15 minuti è consigliabile terminare il bagno ai piedi e spegnere l'apparecchio
portando l'interruttore sulla posizione di spento e togliendo la spina dalla presa di
corrente. Spegnere sempre l'apparecchio e disinserire la spina prima di svuotare la
bacinella dell'acqua.
Si consiglia di restare a riposo per un po' di tempo e di sdraiarsi su un letto o un divano
coprendo le gambe.
OFF = Selezionare questa posizione se si desidera spegnere

Massage Heat = Selezionare l‟interruttore in questa posizione se si desidera fare un
bagno ai piedi in acqua calda ma senza idro massagio e senza
massagio plantare
Bubble Heat = Selezionare l‟interruttore in questa posizione se si desidera
l‟idromassagio con acqua calda
Massage Heat Bubble = Selezionare l‟interruttore in questa posizione, dopo aver versato
nella bacine Ila acqua calda, se si desidera un massaggioplantare
o un idromassaggio
AZIONE FISIOLOGICA
E' un fatto certo che l'impiego di questo apparecchio permette di ottenere un'attivazione
della circolazione sanguigna nei piedi, che si avverte soggettivamente da una piacevole
sensazione di calore (aumento della temperatura dell'epidermide).
Utilizzando l'apparecchio regolarmente si può migliorare la circolazione sanguigna dei piedi
ed indirettamente anche delle gambe.

Piedi cronicamente freddi in seguito a problemi di circolazione sanguigna alle gambe.
