IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating plate of the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when under tension or when in use. Keep out of reach of
children or incompetent persons.
Check the cord for damages regularly. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance show any signs
of damage.
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
Never immerse the motor base of your appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason
whatsoever. Never place any piece of your appliance into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician

It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact

Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting, removing or cleaning the pouring jug.
The pouring jug should be mounted correctly on the motor base before you plug it into the
mains. The appliance is equipped with a safety, which prevents the pouring jug from working if
it is badly mounted. Furthermore the pouring jug should be locked so that the appliance can
work.
Keep your hands outside the appliance when under tension in order to avoid blessing. Do not
insert any object during the use even for helping the mixing of food.
Attention: blades are sharp and therefore it is necessary to take particular precautions when using
or cleaning.
Always close the jug with the lid before starting mixing. When mixing hot liquid, you have to be
very careful in order to avoid splashing of hot liquid, otherwise you can get burned. Do not
forget to close the feeding hole of the pouring jug with the cap.
The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food, which have to be
consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
